The above findings and the findings set forth in <br />Exhibit B hereto are adopted. <br />Section 2. The text accompanying the Whiteaker Refinement <br />Plan Land Use Diagram on page 14 of the Plan is amended as shown <br />on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 3.
