Section 2. The hearing was held an the 14th day of May, 1990 <br />at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, <br />Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be done <br />in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described alley is hereby vacated, <br />and the alley so vacated shall revert pursuant to the statutes of <br />the State of Oregon. <br />Section 4, The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a <br />certified copy of this ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County, <br />Oregon, together with a map ar plat of said property, and a <br />certified copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the Lane <br />County Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the <br />Lane County Surveyor. <br />Section 5« That the matters contained herein concern the <br />public welfare and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to <br />exist, and this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor, retention by <br />the Mayor far more than ten days, or readoption over a mayoral veto <br />by two-thirds of all members of the Council. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />14th day of Mays 1990 <br />!~. <br />C' y Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />14th day of May, 990 <br />r~ <br />r <br />.r <br />or <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
