The territory in Lane County, Oregon, annexed <br />to the City of Eugene on May 21, 1990, as bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />A parcel of land located in the River Road <br />region of North Eugene, north of Elkay <br />Drive and west of Hoover Lane ~T175, R4W, <br />524, Map 23, Parcel 7704, 181 Elkay <br />Drive, and more particularly described on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference. ~Tuski, EC EU <br />90-09~ . <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and <br />River Road Park and Recreation District, effective July 1, <br />1991. <br />Section 2.
