I f not l orated on a wall , the area of any bi 11 board located on the development site shall be included i n the total sign area attributed to that site. ~3} Na awning, marquee, under-marquee, prajecting or wall sign may exceed 100 square feet for any one face, and n0 awning, marquee or prajecting sign may exceed 200 square feet far two or mare faces . ~4} Notwithstanding the number of street frontages, no business occupant shall use more than 1000 square feet of sign surface area, including billboards, at any single development site. fie} Maximum hei ht. The additional sign element must be attached to the bi 1 l board and refer to or relate t0 the sign copy displayed on the face of the bi ] 1 board. Ordinance - 21
