Change the plan designations from Commercial and <br />Low-Density Residential to a mix of Commercial, <br />Light-Medium Industrial, and Medium-Density <br />Residential and add a Mixed-Use asterisk to the <br />McVay Mixed-Use Area as described in the Glenwood <br />Refinement Plan. <br />5. Add a Mixed-Use asterisk to a seven acre site on the <br />south side of Franklin Boulevard at the western <br />entrance to Glenwood and 18 acres located at the <br />northwest, southwest, and southeast corners of 17th <br />Avenue and Glenwood Boulevard. <br />Section 3. The above Plan Diagram amendments control <br />over any other inconsistent textual provisions of the <br />Metropolitan Area General Plan. <br />Section 4.
