Change the plan designations from Commercial and <br />Low-Density Residential to a mix of Commercial, <br />Light-Medium Industrial, and Medium-Density <br />Residential and add a Mixed-Use asterisk to the <br />McVay Mixed-Use Area as described in the Glenwood <br />Refinement Plan. <br />5. Add a Mixed-Use asterisk to a seven acre site on the <br />south side of Franklin Boulevard at the western <br />entrance to Glenwood and 18 acres located at the <br />northwest, southwest, and southeast corners of 17th <br />Avenue and Glenwood Boulevard. <br />Section 3. The above Plan Diagram amendments control <br />over any other inconsistent textual provisions of the <br />Metropolitan Area General Plan. <br />Section 4. These Metro Plan amendments shall become <br />effective when identical amendments have been adopted by Lane <br />County and the City of Springfield. <br />Section 5.~ If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held <br />invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, <br />distinct, and independent provision and such holding shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />~~day of July, 1990 <br />City Rec rder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />,~ dSy of July, 1990 <br />Z <br />Mayor <br />ordinance - 2 <br />
