ORDINANCE NO . ~ ""~ <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION of SPRING <br />BOULEVARD; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit: <br />That portion of Spring Boulevard shown on the subdivision <br />of Dorroh Ranch, Survey #14195, Lane County Surveyor's <br />Office, and described in paragraphs 13 and 14, Book 236, <br />Page 157, Lane County Deed Records, the centerline of <br />which extends from the southwest corner of Lot 80A of <br />said Dorroh Ranch northerly tro the north line of Section <br />16, Township 1S South, Range 3 West, Willamette Meridian; <br />ALSO: <br />That portion of Spring Boulevard dedicated on the plat <br />of Southern Height, Volume 6, Page 35, Lane County Plat <br />Records, the centerline of which extends from Johnson <br />Avenue an said plat know known as 44th Avenue} southerly <br />1120 feet more ar less to the south line of a road in <br />said Dorroh Ranch subdivision described in paragraph 15, <br />Book 236, Page 157, Lane County Deed Records. ~Polanski, <br />Leslie, et al, SV 90--2 <br />On the loth day of September, 1990, the City Council of the <br />City of Eugene by Motion duly passed, called a public hearing tv <br />be held at 7:30 p.m., Pacific Time on the 22nd day of October, <br />1990, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at <br />which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as <br />to the proposed vacation of the above described street. <br />Native was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said <br />time and place the Council heard all objections to the proposed <br />vacation. <br />All persons owning property abutting the street to be vacated <br />have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that <br />due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as <br />by law required and no valid objections have been made at the <br />hearing ar filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting <br />property has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and <br />the public interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the <br />street, <br />Section 2. The hearing was held on the 22nd day of October, <br />1990 at 7:3D p.m., Pacific Time, at the Council Chambers, City <br />ordinance - 1 <br />
