Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be <br />done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described street is hereby <br />vacated, and the street so vacated shall revert pursuant to the <br />statutes of the State of Oregon. <br />Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a <br />certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County <br />Oregon, together with a map or plat of said property, and a <br />certified copy of this Ordinance shall be filed with the Lane <br />County Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the <br />Lane County Surveyor. <br />Section 5. That the matters contained herein concern the <br />public welfare and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to <br />exist, and~this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor, retention by <br />the Mayor for mare than ten days, or readoption over a mayoral veto <br />by two-thirds of all members of the Council. <br />Passed by the City Council this Approved by the Mayor this <br />22nd day of October, 1990 22nd ay f October, 19 0 <br />City ecorder `° Mayor <br />ordinance - 2 <br />
