.E <br />"t <br />ORDINANCE No. ~~~`~ <br />AN oRDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS F4R SANITARY SEATERS IN <br />THE RIVER ROAD AREA FoR BASINS "A, ~' '~B ~ " AND "C'~; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY ~F EUGENE FINDS: <br />In the exercise of its discretion to determine what is <br />necessary or essential, the City Council has previously authorized <br />the construction of sanitary sewer system in the River Road Area. <br />In Resolution No, 4150 adopted by the City Council vn Ma 29 1990 <br />Y - <br />the Council directed that sanitary sewers be constructed to serve <br />certain property that would be benefitted thereb Since ado tiara <br />Y p <br />of Resolution No. 418D, the City Engineer reports that the owners <br />of certain improved parcels outside the local improvement district <br />have requested their property be included within the district <br />assessed and connected to the sanitary sewers.
