The 5 % Administration fee pays for Finance division expenses including the certified notifications of proposed assessments, information about financing programs and staff time to determine eligibility of individuals for the five deferral programs, process financing agreements, establish payments, bill final assessments and monitor the payments of the assessments over the course of the bond period.
