Sections 9.250 to 9.820 shall be known as the "Comprehen- <br />s i ve zoning Ordinance of the City of Eugene" and shat 1 cans i st of <br />the text and the map or maps entitled ~"Eugene, Oregon zoning Map, Part of <br />the Comprehensive zoning Ordinance. Subsection ~b~ of Section 9.296 of the Eugene Code, 1971, <br />i s amended to provide <br />9.296 Permitted Buildings and Uses. In the AG district, the following <br />buildings and uses are permitted as hereinafter specifically provided <br />subject to the general provisions and exceptions set forth in this ordinance <br />beginning with and f of 1 owi ng section 9.532 ; <br />. ~b~ Agricultural uses or any other enterprise customarily <br />carried on ~n the field of general agriculture and not obnoxious or <br />detrimental to the public wet fare. No commercial s1 aughterhouse <br />operation shal 1 be allowed. Sanitation, fencing, 1 arge animal <br />minimum 1 of areas, and setbacks of structures that house farm ani - <br />mal s shat 1 be the same as required i n the RA district. <br />Section 31. The provisions for Group Care Facilities set forth in the <br />matrix of Section 9.384 of the Eugene Code, 1911, are amended to provide: <br />9.384 Uses .
