<br />1. The current on-street parking availability in the follow- <br />ing area: <br /> <br />AREA ONE: Patterson Street, east side, beginning 47 feet <br />south of the centerline of East 11th Avenue and extending <br />south along the east curbline of Patterson for a distance <br />of 238 feet. <br /> <br />which presently provides for parking with a two hour limit, except <br />for C and D permits between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to <br />Friday, is hereby changed to provide that between the hours of <br />7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, only vehicles dis- <br />playing the appropriate carpool permit may be parked within the <br />above area. Any vacant spaces remaining after 9:00 a.m., Monday <br />through Friday shall be subject to the two hour limits, except for <br />C and D permits. <br /> <br />2. The current on-street parking availability in the follow- <br />ing area: <br /> <br />AREA TWO: Alder Street, west side, beginning 167 feet south <br />of the centerline of East 11th Avenue and extending south <br />along the west curbline of Alder Street for a distance of <br />217 feet. <br /> <br />which currently is governed by seven (7) parking meter spaces, is <br />hereby changed to provide that between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and <br />9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, only vehicles displaying the <br />appropriate carpool permit may be parked within the spaces. Any <br />vacant spaces remaining after 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, <br />shall be available for the general public in accordance with the <br />regulations displayed on the meters, which shall remain in place. <br /> <br />3. That signs measuring 9" by 12" shall be placed below the <br />current two hour signs in Area One, and below the meter heads in <br />Area Two, advising the public that carpool permits are required in <br />order to park within the spaces between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., <br />Monday through Friday, and that further information concerning the <br />permits may be obtained by calling 687-5297. <br /> <br />4. The on-street carpooling permits for carpools of two or <br />more commuters provided for herein shall be issued free of charge <br />and shall entitle the bearer to park all day within the above areas. <br />If the permit applicants exceed the number of permits to be issued, <br />priority shall be given to carpools comprised of the greatest number <br />of commuters. <br /> <br />This Admi.nistl~ative Order shall becoElc; effective on --_2112-___, <br />1984. <br /> <br />------- Michcal D.
