7.025 Char es ~ Collection and Pa ment. The Eugene Water & Electric <br />Board is directed to collect the rates and charges provided far in <br />this chapter from each water user. Charges levied pursuant to section 1.020 <br />shall be determined by the city manager ar his/her designee and certified to <br />the Eugene Water & Electric Board. All revenue collected by the Eugene Water <br />& Electric Board shall be paid monthly to the finance officer who shall <br />deposit it in the "sewer operating fund" for use in providing sewer service <br />and such other services as the Counci 1 may direct. <br />sectian 5. The rates established in Section 1 of this Ordinance shall <br />remain in effect until changed in the manner provided in Section 1.020 of <br />the Eugene Code, 1971, as amended herein. <br />Section 6, The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence <br />of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference <br />errors contained herein or i n other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1911, to <br />the provisions added, amended or repealed herein. <br />Section 1.
