ing additional regulations: <br />~g~ The owner of a potentially dangerous dog shall notify <br />the director of the transfer of ownership by sale, gift or other- <br />wise of the potentially dangerous dog and of the name and address <br />of the person to whom the potentially dangerous dvg was transferred. <br />Section 4.
