<br />Costs listed below are the Engineer's estimate and preliminary <br />costs quoted to property owners at the initial hearing following <br />bid opening. , <br />28' paving <br />Driveway <br />Sanitary Sewer <br />Sanitary Service <br />Storm Sewer <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />$ 63.10/front foot <br />$ 3.31/square foot <br />$ 0.18/square foot <br />$ 565.36/each <br />$ 0.29/square foot <br />Costs are comparable tv projects of similar size and are lower <br />than preliminary costs quoted at the award hearing. Staff recom- <br />mends appropriation of the assessment distribution, <br />HEARING <br />A hearing regarding this project was scheduled for May 11, 1989, - <br />at 7;4a P,M, in the City Council Chambers, The Hearings Official <br />received a Memorandum from Les Lyle, City Engineer, which set <br />forth the information provided above, Apparently because the <br />questions raised by.
