~. ~ <br />A hearing was scheduled concerning the above matter for September <br />11, 1989, at 7:Op P.M. No persons indicated an interest in <br />attending the hearing and it was cancelled. The Hearings officer <br />has received a Memorandum from the City Engineer, setting forth <br />the above information. <br />It is respectfully recommended by the Hearings Officer that the <br />City Council adopt an ordinance distributing the assessments as <br />set forth herein . <br />~, <br />Jack A.
