The withdrawal of the annexed territory from the <br />Districts is consistent with the fundamental principles and <br />applicable policies of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan <br />Area General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is <br />in the best interest of the City that the territory be <br />withdrawn. <br />NOWT THEREF4RE~ <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, <br />annexed to the City of Eugene on August 4, 1989, as bounded <br />and described as follows: <br />A parcel of land located in the River <br />Road region of North Eugene, on Knoop <br />Lane between River Road and Walnut Lane, <br />and South of Hawthorne Avenue, as more <br />particularly described on Exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference Hall/Moore, C EU 89-08~. <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and <br />River Road Parks and Recreation District, effective July 1, <br />1990. <br />Section 2.
