r , <br />Districts is consistent with the fundamental principles and <br />applicable policies of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan <br />Area General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is <br />in the best interest of the City that the territory be <br />withdrawn. <br />N4W~ THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, <br />annexed to the City of Eugene on July 25, 1989, as bounded <br />and described as follows: <br />A parcel of land located in the River <br />Road region of North Eugene, West of <br />River Road, North of Howard Avenue, South <br />of Maxwell Road, and West of Grove <br />Avenue, T17S, ROW, S14, Map 31, Parcel <br />13100, 1583 Grove Avenue, as more <br />particularly described on Exhibit "A", <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference Arnold EC EU 89-21~. <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Raad Water District and <br />River Road Parks and Recreation District, effective July 1, <br />1990. <br />Section 2.
