1 <br />7 r <br />The withdrawal of the annexed territory from the <br />Districts is consistent with the fundamental principles and <br />applicable policies of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan <br />Area General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is <br />in the best interest of the City that the territory be <br />withdrawn. <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES oRDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon, <br />annexed to the City of Eugene on August 22, 1989, as bounded <br />and described as follows: <br />A parcel of land located in the River <br />Road region of North Eugene, East of <br />River Road, North of Fir Lane, T17S, ROW, <br />525, Map 12, Parcel 2300, 355 River Road, <br />as more particularly described on Exhibit <br />~'A", attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference Brown EC EU 89-23}. <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and <br />River Road Parks and Recreation District, effective July 1, <br />1990. <br />Section 2.
