equipment by a city official, employee, or agent for the sole <br />purpose of administering, collecting, or auditing the patron user <br />fee; <br />fib} The disclosure of general statistics regarding taxes <br />collected or business done in the city; yr <br />~c~ The disclosure of information necessary to enforce the <br />provisions of sections 3.810 and 3.812. <br />Section 2. Until a different fee is established by the City Manager <br />pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1911, the <br />Patron User Fee required to be paid under Section 3.810 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971 shall be $0.50 for events contracted for prior to November 1, 1989 or <br />occurring prior to December 31, 1989. The Patron User Fee for events occur- <br />ring after December 31, 1989 which were not contracted for prior to November <br />1, 1989, shall be $1.00. <br />Section 3. The City Recorder, at the request of or with the concurrence <br />of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any reference <br />errors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, 1911, to <br />the provisions amended or repealed herein. <br />Section 4. That the matters contained herein concern the public welfare, <br />and therefore, an emergency is hereby dec]ared to exist, and this Ordinance <br />shall become effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />6th day of November, 1989 <br />~--`- ~- <br />City Rec rder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />6th day of November, 1989 <br />Mayor <br />Ordinance - 2 <br />
