The U of O’s Grammy winning festival is one of the best of its <br />kind anywhere, cited by Newsweek, the NY Times, Time magazine, the LA Times and <br />many others for its high artistic quality. Its worldwide recognition attracts an annual <br />th <br />audience of 32,000 for its 17 days. In 2009, the Bach Festival celebrates its 40 <br />anniversary. <br /> <br />Sub-stories: <br />a.
