The Standard Industrial Classification Manual, When <br />the acronym "SIC" is used in conjunction with a number, it refers <br />to those establishments that are included in the numbered group in <br />the Standard Industrial Glassificatian Manual, Executive Office of <br />the President, Office of Management and Budget, Washington, D.C,, <br />US Government Printing office, 1972, or as subsequently amended. <br />Service station. A place or station selling motor fuel and <br />of 1 for motor vehi c1 es, sel 1 i ng, servicing and instal 1 i ng tires, <br />batteries, accessories and related products, furnishing minor re- <br />pair and service when conducted entirely within an enclosed build- <br />ing, and at which incidental services are conducted. "Minor re- <br />pair and service," as used in this definition, excludes activities <br />such as painting, body work, steam cleaning, tire recapping, major <br />engine or transmi ssi an overhaul or repair involving removal of a <br />cylinder head or crankcase, and mechanical car washing that in- <br />cludes equipment to wash more than one. car at a time. <br />Solar access. Exposure to available solar radiation during <br />daytime hours for the purpose of allowing solar radiation to be <br />used to meet a portion of a building's energy requirements. <br />Standard size vehicle. A motor vehicle that has a turning <br />diameter of more than 3G feet 0 inches. <br />Street. See "Road or street". <br />Street line. A lot line separating a street from other land. <br />Structure. Anything constructed or built, an edifice or <br />building of any kind, or any piece of work artificially built up <br />or composed of parts joined together in some definite manner. <br />Subdivide land. Division of an area or tract of land into <br />four or more lots within a calendar year when the area or tract of <br />land exists as a unit or contiguous units of land under single <br />ownership at the beginning of the year. <br />Subdivider. An owner commencing proceedings under this <br />chapter to effect a subdivision of land individually or through an <br />agent. <br />Subdivision. Either an act of subdividing land, or an area <br />or tract of land subdivided as provided for in this chapter. <br />Sun exposure plane.
