~ardinance = 31. <br />9.498 Com faint Procedure and Enforcement. Complaints alleging viola- <br />tion of home occupation procedures shall be directed to the , <br />building official and shall state the nature of the alleged violation. The <br />building official shall investigate the complaint and, if necessary to eli- <br />m~nate a v~olat~on found to exist, take or cause to be taken lawful action <br />as provided far in the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Section 20. Section 9.500 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />repealed. <br />Section 21. Section 9.502 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended <br />to read and provide; <br />9.502 Appeals. A building official's determination and enforcement <br />order may be appealed to the hearings official by the party offs - <br />9 <br />ing the violation or the person who owns the home occupation in the same <br />manner as provided for in connection with administration of the performance <br />standards in the zoning ordinance, <br />Section 22. Section 9.504 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and the title pre- <br />ceding it are hereby repealed. <br />Section 23. Subsections (6)(a), (7)(a) and (10) of Section 9.510 of <br />the Eugene Cade, 1911, are hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.510 General Provisions. <br />~6} Density.
