The first paragraph, and subsection ~a}3. of Section 9.556 <br />of the Eugene Cade, 1971, are hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.586 Parkin S aces Re uired. Unless specifically prescribed otherwise <br />elsewhere i n this code, the number of of f-street parking spaces <br />required shall be no less than as set forth in the fallowing: <br />Use <br />(a) Residential types <br />Parking Space Required <br />3. Dwelling, alley access <br />parcel <br />RA and R-1 districts - 2 per unit <br />R-Z, R-3, and R-4 districts - 1 per <br />unit, <br />Section 37. Subparagraph ~f} of Section 9.592 of the Eugene Code, 1971 <br />is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />9.59 <br />~f~ With respect to duplex, triplex, and fourplex develop- <br />ments in RA and R-1 districts, the special development standards <br />in section 9.356 apply. <br />Section 38. Section 9.6U7 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended <br />to read and provide: <br />9.607 Floodwa - Development. Development, including but not limited to <br />_. Y ~~,.,,.,., <br />buildings or other structures, is prohibited in the floodway as <br />defined in section 9.015. Mining, dredging, filling, grading, excavation, <br />and drilling are prohibited if the result could be a rise in upstream <br />water surface. <br />Section 39. Anew section 9.625 is hereby added to the Eugene Code, <br />1911, to read and provide: <br />9.628 Former RG District ,,,Exemptions. Buildings and uses replacing those <br />1 egal ly permitted or perm~~tted condi ti anal ly as 1 i sted i n the RG <br />district on March 11, 1955 are exempt from nonconforming use provisions <br />in the zoning ordinance provided they are no closer to property lines or ex- <br />ceed the density, height, or coverage of the original development. This <br />exemption is limited to the development site on which the buildings or uses <br />existed an March 11, 1985. <br />
