Response times and minimum level of care provided; <br />5. Minimum standards for communication systems and per- <br />sonnel; <br />7. Minimum standards for information included in all <br />patient records; and, <br />8. Minimum standards for records to be kept by each <br />ambulance operator. <br />~b~ To review and investigate the performance of a licensee <br />upon the request of the city, and to make a written report to the <br />city of its findings; and <br />~c} To review and investigate upon the request of the city, <br />applications for an initial license or for renewal and to make a <br />written report to the city of its findings. <br />3.123 Ambulance - Medical Advisory subcommittee; Created. There is hereby <br />created a medical advisory subcommittee of the emergency medical <br />services board. The subcommittee shall be comprised of those ~EMS~ emergency <br />medical services board members appointed pursuant to section 3.119~c}. <br />3.121 Ambulance - Administration Powers of City Mana er or Desi nee. In <br />addition to the powers conferred by sections 3.D12 to 3.D75 of this <br />chapter, the city manager or designee shall have the authority to convene <br />the emergency medical services board. <br />3.131 Ambulance - License Re uirements. T.n addition to the requirements <br />of section 3.41, each ambulance operator shall: <br />~a} Maintain and make available, upon request of the city <br />all records required by rules made pursuant to this chapter; <br />~b~ Employ only emergency medical technicians who are certi- <br />fied by the State Health Division and who meet the requirements of <br />rules adapted under this chapter; <br />~c~ Enlist the services of a physician advisor who shall be <br />a resident of or actively practicing in the city; <br />~d} Make available, upon request, written information to the <br />public concerning rate information; <br />~e~ Meet the response times and minimum levels of care re~- <br />quired by the rules adopted under this chapter; <br />~f~ Render emergency medical services 24 hours a day, seven <br />days a week. Pre-hospital medical services and ambulance transpor- <br />tation shall be available to all persons in the service area with- <br />out regard to race, color, creed, gender, marital status, national <br />origin, ar obi 1 i ty to pay; <br />~g~ Serve a reasonable and logical service area; <br />~h~ Submit to the city, upon approval of application, proof <br />of performance bond and all insurance required by rules adopted <br />under this chapter. <br />ordinance - 23 <br />
