The space between the mobile home and ground level <br />must be completely enclosed with a permanent perimeter enclo~ <br />sure, except as required for ventilation. It must be compat- <br />ible with the mobile home's exterior siding. <br />9. Rain gutters in harmony with the roof and siding <br />are required. <br />1a. The home must be new at the time of installation. <br />11. Siding must be non-reflective, and textured or wood- <br />stained. <br />12. A minimum nine by twelve foot accessory storage <br />building ar garage, with siding and design that matches the <br />mobile home, must be placed on the lot. <br />13. Parking: The same as required for single family <br />dwellings, two per unit. <br />14. Each home must possess an insignia showing that it <br />was manufactured according to the National Manufactured Hous- <br />ing Construction and Safety Standards Code. <br />15. Each home must comply with al 1 app1 i cabl e 1 ocal , <br />state, and federal regulations in effect at the time of in- <br />stallation. <br />Section 5.
