~6} .I t i s economically sound and feasible to <br />adopt and carry out the Plan; and, <br />~7} The C i ty will assume and complete all <br />activities prescribed in the Plan to be performed by <br />it. <br />I. All of the area within the boundaries of the proposed <br />Plan is within the corporate limits of the City of Eugene, and no <br />approval of any other municipality is required. <br />N4W~ THEREFQRE, <br />THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FQLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Based upon the above findings, which are hereby <br />adopted, the Riverfront Research Park Urban Renewal Plan, which <br />is incorporated herein as though fully set forth, is hereby <br />approved and adopted as the urban renewal plan for the area set <br />forth therein. <br />Section ~. The City Recorder is directed to publish a <br />notice of the adoption of the Plan in the Register Guard, <br />a newspaper published within the City of Eugene and having the <br />greatest circulation therein, no later than four ~4} days <br />following the date this Ordinance is adopted. The notice shall <br />further contain a statement in accordance with the provisions of <br />ORS 457.135 that the Plan shall be conclusively presumed valid <br />for all purposes 90 days after its adoption by this Ordinance and <br />no direct or collateral attack an the action adopting the Plan <br />may be commenced thereafter. <br />Section 3. The City Recorder is further requested to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Eugene Renewal Agency, <br />4 ~ Ordinance <br />
