patron user fee prescribed in section 3.810, except that nothing in this sub- <br />section shall prevent. <br />~a~ The disclosure to, or the examination of records and <br />equipment by a city official, employee, or agent far the sole <br />purpose of administering, collecting, or auditing the patron user <br />fee; <br />~b~ The disclosure of general statistics regarding taxes <br />collected or business done in the city; or <br />~c~ The disclosure of information necessary to enforce the <br />provisions of sections 3.S1C and 3.812. <br />Section ~. That the matters contained herein concern the public welfare, <br />and in order to insure the orderly implementation of these procedures, an <br />emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall become effec- <br />tive immediately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />1$th day of September, 19$5 <br />;~~p~.T~ SST.
