Financial information shall include, but not be limited to, the following reports. balance sheet, income state- ment, cash flow statement, statement of sources and applications of funds, statements of current and projected subscribers, and penetration in the franchise territory, all such reports to reflect the operation of the Eugenel Springfield/Lane County system. Copies of all petitions, applications, and communications submitted by the Grantee to the Federal Communications Commis- sion or any other Federal or State regulator, commission, or agency having jurisdiction in respect to any matters relating specifically to operation of the cable communications system authorized pursuant to this franchise and having a significant impact thereon shall also be submitted simultaneously to the commission or Grantor. The cost of preparing and furnishing to the commission the records and reports required by this section shall be borne by the Grantee. ~4} Documentation.
