"Gross Annual Revenues" means any and all compensation in whatever form, grant, subsidy, exchange, or otherwise, directly ar indirectly received by Grantee for services provided to subscribers within the franchise~terri- tory but excludes taxes grantee is required to separately state and collect from subscribers.
