<br />RESOLUTION NO. 4785 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO <br />CONSIDER PROPOSED WITHDRAWAL OF <br />TERRITORIES FROM THE RIVER ROAD WATER <br />DISTRICT AND RIVER ROAD PARK AND RECREATION <br />DISTRICT AND FROM THE SANTA CLARA WATER <br />DISTRICT. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />October 29, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 28, 2003: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 5100, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-12, located in the River <br />Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of <br />River Road, north of Horn Lane, east of Lake Drive, west of Oak <br />Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Stevens/Stahl, EC <br />ED 03-10) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River <br />Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn <br />from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts <br />so withdrawn. <br /> <br />B. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />August 29, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective June 23,2003: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 6000, Assessor's Map 17-04-24-22, located in the River <br />Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of <br />River Road, south of Horn Lane, west of Hodson Lane, and more <br />particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. (Tchack, EC ED 03-29) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River <br />Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn <br />from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts <br />so withdrawn. <br /> <br />C.
