Tax Lot 1800 and a portion of 1900, Assessor's Map 17-04-24-21, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, east of River Road, north of Sandra Lane, south of Greenleaf Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Anderson-Huey, EC ED 03-26) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. D. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated October 28, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective August 12,2003: Tax Lot 1100, Assessor's Map 17-04-24-32, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of River Road, south of Elkay Drive, north of Sunnyside Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Syrios, EC ED 03-37) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. E. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated November 17, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519 the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 14, 2003: Tax Lot 6500, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-13, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, west of River Road, north of Elkay Drive, east of N. Park Avenue, south of Beebe Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Schultz, EC ED 03-52) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. F. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated October 28, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective October 27,2003: Resolution - 2
