I. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated January 7, 2004, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 20,2004: Tax Lot 7500, Assessor's Map 17-04-24-21, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, south of Beltline Road, east of River Road, north of Hillcrest Drive, south of Arbor Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit I attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Cheyne, EC ED 04-05) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. J. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1208, approved February 6, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective March 24, 2003: Tax Lots 502, 508 and 509, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-41, located in the Santa Clara region & north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of River Road, north of Lone Oak Avenue, west of Hunsaker Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit J attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Jung, C ED 03-03) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. K. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1207 approved December 5, 2002, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(l)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 21, 2003: Tax Lot 200, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-20, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road, south of River Loop #1; east of Admiral Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit K attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Rutherford, C ED 02-30) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Resolution - 4
