L. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1210 approved April 3, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 19, 2003: Tax Lot 2700 and a portion of Tax Lot 2400, Assessor's Map 17-04-11-44, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, west of River Road, north of Santa Clara Avenue, east of Belmont Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit L attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Eugene Fire Station, C ED 03-07) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. M. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Pinal Order No. 1211 approved April 3, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 19, 2003: Tax Lot 2001, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-20, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road, south and east of River Loop #1, north of Grizzly Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit M attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Brown, C ED 03-08) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. N. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1213 approved June 5, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 21,2003: Tax Lot 7300, Assessor's Map 17-04-11-41, located in the Santa Clara region of no Eugene, west of River Road, south of West Myoak Drive, north of Federal Way, and more particularly described on Exhibit N attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Rauber, C ED 03-16) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. o. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1215 approved June 5, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 21, 2003: Resolution - 5
