Tax Lot 100, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-31, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, west of River Road, south of Lynnbrook Drive, north of Brotherton Avenue, east of Hampshire Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Davis, C ED 03-50) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. v. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1230, approved December 4, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 20, 2004: Tax Lots 4000 and 6000, Assessor's Map 17-04-11-12, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Be1tline Road, west of River Road, south of Blazer Avenue, north of Chapel Drive, west of Cindy Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit V attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Petrushkin, C ED 03-56) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. w. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1228, approved December 4, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 20, 2004: Tax Lot 1111, and::l: 0.74 acres of Ladarrah Street right-of-way, Assessor's Map 17-04-11-32, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, west of River Road, north of Irving Road, east of Ladarrah Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit W attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Hart/Ladarrah Street, C ED 03-54) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District.
