Tax Lot 2600, Assessor's Map 17-04-01-13, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, west of River Road, north of West Myoak, south of Femdale Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit R attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Syrios, C ED 03-35) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. S. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1227 approved October 2, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 17,2003: Tax Lot 5300, Assessor's Map 16-04-35-34, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of River Road, south of Beacon Drive, east of Sedona Drive, north of Redrock Way, and more particularly described on Exhibit S attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Fritsch, C ED 03-45) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated October 31, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene effective September 29 2003: Tax Lot 300, and :i 0.14 acres of Irvington Road right-of-way, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-34, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, west of River Road, north of Irvington Drive, east of Byron Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit T attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Mold, EC ED 03-47) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part ofthe District so withdrawn. U. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1226, approved December 4, 2003, advised that pursuant to ORS 1 99.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 20, 2004: Resolution - 7
