<br />Code Amendments Eugene Code Section 9.8065 requires that the following criteria (in <br />bold and italic) be applied to a code amendment. <br /> <br />(1) Is consistent with applicable statewide planning goals as adopted by the Land <br />Conservation and Development Commission. <br /> <br />The two code sections amended by this ordinance do not implicate most of the Statewide <br />Planning goals. To the extent that they do, see findings above. <br /> <br />(2) Is consistent with applicable provisions of the Metro Plan and applicable adopted <br />refinement plans. <br /> <br />The two code sections amended by this ordinance do not implicate most of the Metro <br />Plan or Refinement Plan policies.
