oRnzN~xcB No. 19362 I An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit: Moss Street from the south right-~of way of East 13th Avenue running south 400.2 feet, also described as the public right-of-way adjacent to lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 5, Amended Plat of Fairmont, as recorded in Book 2, Page 12, Lane County Oregon Plat Records. Subject to relocation of existing facilities at the owner's expense. ~william's Bakery, SV 85--3. ~ On the 23rd day of September , 19 8 5 , the City Counci 1 of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 19357 setting a hearing to be held on the 28th day of October, 1985, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described street. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons awning property abutting the street to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. T8$ CITY of EUGSNB DoBS ORDAIN AS FoLL4WS: Section 1. The C ity Council of the City of Eugene f Inds that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made at the hearing or filed.
