oRnzN~xcB No. 19362 <br />I <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit: <br />Moss Street from the south right-~of way of <br />East 13th Avenue running south 400.2 feet, <br />also described as the public right-of-way <br />adjacent to lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block <br />5, Amended Plat of Fairmont, as recorded in <br />Book 2, Page 12, Lane County Oregon Plat <br />Records. <br />Subject to relocation of existing facilities <br />at the owner's expense. ~william's Bakery, <br />SV 85--3. ~ <br />On the 23rd day of September , 19 8 5 , the City Counci 1 of the <br />City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 19357 setting a hearing <br />to be held on the 28th day of October, 1985, at the Council <br />Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place <br />protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed <br />vacation of the above described street. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and <br />at said time and place the Council heard all objections. <br />All persons awning property abutting the street to be vacated <br />have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. <br />T8$ CITY of EUGSNB DoBS ORDAIN AS FoLL4WS: <br />Section 1. The C ity Council of the City of Eugene f Inds <br />that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and <br />posted as by law required and no valid objections have been <br />made at the hearing or filed. The consent of the owners of <br />the abutting property has been duly and regularly f filed in the <br />proceedings and the public interest will not be prejudiced by <br />the vacation of the street. <br />1- Ordinance <br />
