Section ~. The hearing was held on the 28th day of October, <br />1985 at 7:34 p.m., Pacific Time, at the Council Chambers, City <br />Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary <br />to be done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabove described street is hereby <br />vacated, and the street so vacated shall revert pursuant to <br />the statutes of the State of Oregon. <br />Section 4.
