4. The balance in the 14th and Oak Overpark Fund ~No. 521} represents 30.86 of the total amount of the original Overpark Assessment 4$2,115,584.59. Reducing each parcel's original assessment by this percentage preserves each property's proportionate benefit as determined by the original assessments. 5.
