4. The balance in the 14th and Oak Overpark Fund ~No. 521} <br />represents 30.86 of the total amount of the original Overpark <br />Assessment 4$2,115,584.59. Reducing each parcel's original <br />assessment by this percentage preserves each property's proportionate <br />benefit as determined by the original assessments. <br />5. The City Finance Officer's report of November 5, 1985, <br />the staff report of and the staff response to the staff hearing <br />held on November 14 , and any revisions made to the Finance 4 f f i ce r' s <br />report as a result of settlement agreements reached in the litigation <br />referred to in subparagraph 64h7 below are hereby incorporated <br />herein by reference, approved and declared to be the correct <br />application of the City Ordinances and Council policies regarding <br />the calculation of the amount to be returned or applied to unpaid <br />deficit assessments for each parcel assesesd and the proper <br />identification of the person or the person's personal representative, <br />who made the last payment prior to the satisfaction of the adjusted <br />original assessment. <br />6.
