property and other persons affected by the proposed assessment <br />adjustments on the 6th day of November, 1905, which was more than <br />14 days p r io r to the Counc i 1 hearing on the proposal and the <br />Councils final consideration of this Ordinance and within five <br />days of the first publication of the notice of original assessment <br />adjustment. This notice being more than required, but in compliance <br />with provisions of Sections 7.500 and 7.520 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971. <br />8. On the 25th day of November, 1985, at the time and place <br />appointed in the notice of proposed adjustment, the City Council <br />met to hear objections to the proposed assessment adjustments. <br />Objections regarding <br />Acct. Nos. 690011-0049 and 690011-0149 by Schaefers Building <br />Joint Venture <br />Acct. Nos. 690011-0035 and 690011-0135 by St. Mary's Episcopal <br />Church and The Salvation Army <br />were heard and the staff response thereto considered. No further <br />objections or protests have been made or received, <br />9. Prior to the enactment of this Ordinance, but after the <br />public hearing on the proposed adjustments, the Circuit Court <br />entered a j udgment and approved settlement agreements executed <br />by the parties in Lane County Circuit Court referred to in sub- <br />paragraph 6~h} above, <br />THB CITY OF BIIGBNB DUBS ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
