Findings in support of the revisions to the Metropolitan <br />Plan, as contained in Exhibit "A" to this Ordinance, are contained <br />in Exhibit "Bfl , Local Periodic Review order for the Eugene-- <br />Springfield Metropolitan Area; Exhibit "C", TransPlan; and Exhibit <br />"D", Public Facilities Plan. <br />NQW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY 4F EUGEN$ DIES ORDAIN AS FoLLO~S: <br />Section 1. Based upon the above f indings, the f indings <br />contained in the amendments and supporting exhibits, and in the <br />original Metropolitan Plan, which are hereby adopted and incor- <br />porated herein by reference, the Metropolitan Area Plan is amended <br />according to the language contained in Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 2.
