Ora ~ nanc?~ - 9 <br />and other multiple-unit dwellings shall submit or cause tv <br />be submitted to the Eugene Police Department a legible map <br />indicating the locations and numbers of apartments/spaces. <br />~c} Na owner, agent or other person having antral of a <br />.dwelling or business building shall refuse or neglect to perman- <br />ently number the same prior to the request for a final building <br />inspection required by Chapter S of the Eugene Code, 1971. A <br />dwelling or business building that has been issued a certificate <br />of occupancy prior to the effective date of this revision and not <br />in compliance with these revised provisions shall have until <br />thirty X30} days from the effective date of this revision to com- <br />ply. For purposes of this subsection and subsection ~f}, "having <br />control of" i ncl udes a person occupying or uti 1 i ~zi ng the building <br />or unit under a rent or lease agreement.} <br />~d} Numbering shall be temporarily installed in compliance <br />with subsections ~a} and (b} of this section, on any construction <br />site or upon any structure under construction prior to any call for <br />an inspection required by Chapter S of the Eugene Code, 1911. <br />fie} Dwellings and business buildings in annexed areas shall <br />be numbered in accordance with subsections ~a} and fib} of this <br />section and to conform to the city's block numbering system. <br />~f} No owner, agent, ar other person having control of an <br />existing dwelling or business building shall refuse or neglect to <br />number the same within thirty ~3D} days after being notified in <br />writing to do so by the building official or other enforcement <br />authority. Numbering shall comply with subsections ~a} and fib} <br />of this section. It shall be sufficient to show notification <br />that the notice be delivered personally or mailed certified mail, <br />restricted delivery, return receipt requested, to the last known <br />address of the owner or agent, or to the person having control at <br />the address of the. affected structure. <br />fig} The foregoing provisions may be enforced by the building <br />official, his designee, the fire marshal, his designee, police <br />officers, or police community service officers. <br />~6} Subsection 3D1 b -Exempt work, is hereby amended by adding <br />paragraph thereto, to provide: <br />L.
