ORDINANCE No. <br />AN ORDNANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR PAVING AND STOR~9 SEWERS IN ALLEY BETWEEN <br />PATTERSON STREET AND ~ITLYARD STREET, FROM 22ND AVEN~IE TO 23RD AVENUE. <br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />RECITALS: <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution Na. 39 8 _--s adopted <br />19 85 ,determine to PAVE AND CONSTRUCT STORM SEWERS ~ IN ALLEY BETWEEN PATTERSON STREET <br />AND HILYARD STREET, FR0~9 22ND AVENUE TO 23RD AVENUE. <br />The City Council authorized the execution of a contract for the construction of the local <br />improvements on AUGUST 12 , 19 85 <br />The estimated cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be assessed in accordance . <br />with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971 has been determined to be: ~ . <br />Item 1.
