ORflINANCE ~i0. <br />AN ORDNANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR paving and Storm sewer an Sam R Street from 11th <br />Avenue to 12th Avenue; and an 12th Avenue from Sam R Street to Wallis Street; and <br />on Wallis Street from 12th Avenue to 900 feet south (Jab #1962) <br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />RECITALS: <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution Na. 3772 ,adopted _ Anri1 ~5 _,._ <br />19 83, determine to pave streets and construct storm sewers on Sam R Street from 11th Avenue <br />to 12th Avenue; and on 12th Avenue from Sam R Street to Wallis Street; and on Wallis <br />Street from 12th Avenue to 900 feet south Job #1962) <br />The pity Council authorized the execution of a contract for the construction of the local <br />improvements on ~ , 19 83 ; <br />The estimated cast thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be assessed in accordance <br />with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971 has been determined to be: <br />Item 1.
