ORDINANCE NO- ~ q y <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR PAVING AND STORM SEWERS IN <br />COUNTRY CLUB ROAD FROM CLUB ROAD TO COBURG ROAD; AND IN CLUB ROAD FROM <br />COUNTRY GLUE ROAD TO 200 FEET SOUTH; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 192$0, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />On September 24, 1984, there was passed by the Council and approved by the <br />Mayor, Ordinance No. 19280, levying an estimated assessment against the <br />properties listed on the Assessment Roll attached thereto for paving and storm <br />sewers in Country Club Road from Club Road to Coburg Road; and in Club Road from <br />Country Club Road to 200 feet south. <br />Final costs of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the <br />provisisons of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the assessment roll <br />attached to Ordinance No. 19280 should be amended to reflect the reduced <br />assessments for the assessment accounts. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1.240 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, Ordinance No. 19280 passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor on <br />September 24, 1984, is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Ro11 attached <br />hereto to reflect the reduced assessments for the remaining accounts listed <br />thereon. <br />Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above corrections to <br />the docket of city ]dens and to send a corrected notice of assessment to the <br />property owners set forth in Section 1 above. <br />Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1928a and the assessments provided far therein remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />Section 4.
