ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORD"NANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENT5 FDR paving and storm sewer in Country Chub Road from Club <br />Road to Coburg Raad; and in Club Raad from Country Club Raad to 200 feet south <br />in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />RECITALS <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. 3844 , adopted April 11 .". <br />19~t ,determine to pave streets and construct storm sewers in Country C1 ub Road from C1 ub Road <br />to Coburg Road; and in Club Road from Country Club Road to 200 feet south X1919} <br />The City Council authorized the execution of a contract for the construction of the 1oca1 <br />improvements on September 24 , 1g 84; <br />The estimated cost thereof is ascertained, and the initial amount to be assessed in accordance <br />with applicable provisions of the Eugene Code, 1911 has been determined to be: <br />Item 1.
