7. Based on the above record and findings, the City Council <br />concludes that the plan amendment set forth below is consistent <br />with the Land Conservation and Development Commission statewide <br />land use planning goals, with the unamended portion of the Eugene~- <br />Springfa.eld Metropolitan Area General Plan, and with other appli- <br />cable City plans and policies. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES QRDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The findings set forth above are adopted with the <br />findings contained in the amendments and in the original Metro <br />Plan which are incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 2.
