Page 4-Z, Implementation Strategy 4.3, Amend this strategy as fo11 ows to <br />be more realistic about the role of West 11th Avenue in the overall <br />transportation system: <br />As long as possible retain existing on-street parking on West 11th <br />Avenue to maintain its residential character. <br />6, Followin a e 4-2. Amend the Traffic IEolume map to reflect average <br />daily traffic counts taken during 1984 and 1985 and to include a new <br />category shaving streets with traffic volumes less than 1,000 to 2,500 <br />vehicles per day. <br />7.
