objections or remonstrances which may be made in writing and filed <br />with the Recorder of the City of. Eugene prior to the date of the <br />hearing, will be heard and considered. <br />Section 4. The City Recorder shall forthwith, and within <br />five days af. ter the first publication of the not ice post, or cause <br />to be posted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation a copy <br />of the foregoing, which sha11 be headed "Native of Pedestrian <br />Right-of-Way Vacation", and which notice sha11 be posted in at <br />least two conspicuous places in or on the area proposed to be <br />vacated. <br />The pasting and the first day of publication of the notice <br />shall be not less than twenty-eight ~ ~$ 7 days before the time set <br />for hearing. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />11th d of March, 1987 <br />C y Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />11th day_ of~archy,l~~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br />ordinance - 2 <br />
