ORDINANCE No. ~ 9451 <br />AN ORDINANCE REGARDING ENFORCEMENT OF SOLAR <br />ACCESS REGULATIQNS; AMENDING ORDINANCES NOS. <br />19400, 19401, AND 19402; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 25 of Ordinance No. 19400, passed by the <br />Council and approved by the Mayor on August 13, 1986 is amended to <br />read and provide: <br />Section 25. Effective Date. This ordinance shall <br />be effective on January 1, 1987, however, when issuing <br />building permits the city building official need not <br />consider or apply the solar setback requirements of this <br />Ordinance or any amendments thereto until July 1, 198'. <br />Section Z. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 19401, passed by the <br />Count i1 and approved by the Mayor on August 13 , 1986 is amended to <br />read and provide: <br />Section 2. This Ordinance sha11 become effective <br />on January 1, 198', however, when issuing building <br />permits the city building official need not consider or <br />apply the solar setback requirements of this Ordinance <br />or any amendments thereto until July 1, 198. Except as <br />herein amended, all other provisions of Ordinance No. <br />19329 remain in fu11 force and effect, to which the City <br />Recorder is requested to append this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. Section 2 of ordinance No. 19442 passed by the <br />Council and approved by the Mayor on August 13, 1986 is amended to <br />read and provide: <br />ordinance - 1 <br />
